Communicating a new organisational strategy is about much more than publishing a document. It's about helping people understand the vision, connect with its purpose and see how it translates into everyday care.
That was the challenge presented to us by West London NHS Trust, who commissioned Inspired Film and Video to produce three engaging films showcasing how the Trust is already delivering on its refreshed organisational strategy across its mental health and community services.
