Inspired celebrate National Apprenticeship Week

At Inspired Film and Video, we’re proud to have created several films that celebrate the real value of apprenticeships for both organisations and the individuals starting their careers. As National Apprenticeship Week approaches, it’s an ideal moment to reflect on these achievements.

Apprentices bring fresh ideas, new perspectives and energy into the workplace. Our films are designed to showcase exactly that. Furthermore, they highlight how apprenticeships offer a powerful learn-and-earn pathway for those taking their first steps into industry.

We often film on location, capturing apprentices in real working environments and telling authentic stories that feel honest, relatable, on-brand, and on-message. It’s about people, purpose and opportunity, not scripts or soundbites.

We’ve been lucky to work with organisations that are genuinely committed to developing talent. For example, we have produced apprenticeship films for the University of Staffordshire, Keele University, Staffordshire County Council and a variety of NHS Trusts. Each project is approached collaboratively. In particular, we act as an extension of our clients’ teams to ensure the final films deliver creativity with results.

If you’re looking to attract the next generation of talent and tell your apprenticeship story in a way that feels human, engaging and impactful, we’d love to talk.
