The Client Midland Heart
The Brief
Midland Heart are a housing association based in the West Midlands and they approached us about producing a series of case study videos for their staff event. They wanted to show their team what a difference they were making to their customers' lives and their local community and to shout out about the amazing work they do.
The Creative Concept
The best advocates an organisation can have are its customers. Customer case study video is a fantastic way to champion the work you do and the impact you have on their lives. We worked with the team at Midland Heart to identify customers to speak to and then we recorded interviews with them in their homes about what they thought of Midland Heart and the service they received. The films were heartfelt testimonials from customers who were full of praise for the organisation.
The Results
The films were shown to colleagues at their annual conference and were very well received. It made a big difference to colleagues to hear first-hand how the work they did was making a real difference to their customers' lives. The films were also used online to showcase the services they delivered.
