Enjoy Staffordshire wanted a fun, lively and engaging recruitment campaign to promote working in the tourist sector in the county. The brief was to visit a large number of employers, attractions and different sectors to create a film that gives a real positive flavour of the opportunities in the tourism sector.
The Creative Concept
Working with a wide range of companies to create this recruitment campaign we used drone, handheld gimbals and body mounted cameras to capture fast paced shots with plenty of excitement and movement. This was pulled together in an edit with punchy graphics and on screen text to highlight key phrases and important information for viewers who may be watching on mobile without the sound.
The Results
With so many stakeholders featured in the film it was important to feature them all equally and ensure everyone was happy with the finished product. Everyone involved was thrilled with the outcome and it has been an important tool in Enjoy Staffordshire’s promotion of the tourism sector in Staffordshire.
