West Midlands Police asked us to produce a short recruitment video about the benefits of a career with West Midlands Police and how you can study for a degree whilst working for WMP.
The Creative Concept
This recruitment video shows the variety of careers within the force and also demonstrate the diversity across the WMP force. It’s a fast-paced, exciting edit produced to make the viewer want to find out more and to realise their potential by pursuing a career with West Midlands Police and a degree via a local University.
The Results
This film was a real success and increased interest in the role and also the route via a degree course into a career. It was used across a variety of online platforms including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
Inspired Film and Video worked with West Midlands Police to create a recruitment campaign designed to encourage applicants to the force. We went on patrol with officers to capture authentic footage, providing potential recruits with a realistic insight into police work.
