Presenter lead Health and Safety film for use with E-learning

The Brief
Health and safety video materials are vital guides for many manufacturers and businesses across the UK and employees must undertake these courses and retain information. Staffordshire-based Celsa Steel asked how we could increase engagement with their health and safety induction.
The Creative Concept
We are experienced producers of health and safety video and induction videos. This was an amazing opportunity to bring our knowledge and skills to a local manufacturer who is part of a global organisation. We used a presenter to lead these films and added b-roll shot on-site and engaging text and on-screen graphics. The films were produced as part of an e-learning package which included interactive questions and quizzes for staff to complete once they had watched the videos.
The Results
The e-learning modules were hosted on Celsa’s internal intranet and were an excellent resource to engage staff when undertaking the health and safety induction. Staff found it accessible and a fun experience to watch the films and then take the quizzes thus increasing engagement and understanding of the key messages. This type of e-learning helped save costs on external training and make learning more efficient.
Inspired Film and Video's collaboration with ROM resulted in an engaging e-learning platform that effectively guides users through essential processes using films, text, and interactive questions. This project underscores their commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric educational content.
