Virtual Events

Virtual Event production and live streaming have now become a significant part of what we do

Most businesses have had to adapt and respond to the Covid19 pandemic and the subsequent restrictions on social movement and general getting together and it’s been no different for Inspired. Sadly ‘live’ events around the world have had to stop, for now at least.

A large part of our work involved event filming – that could be producing films to be shown at events, or producing films about the events. Over the last 15 years we’ve travelled the UK and Europe working with our fantastic customers at events.

The onset of Covid19 meant an end to these events and a need for us to adapt the type of services we offer – hopefully only temporarily. People and businesses still needed to come together, to share information and ideas and we have stepped up to provide the platforms and the tools to enable organisations to do this.

Our virtual events are just like a real world event, except that the space in which it takes place is not a conference venue or public space but an online virtual venue. Think of all the things you would find at a regular event and they are just what you will find at a virtual event. Delegates navigate a virtual space, interact and chat with vendors and exhibitors, watch live presentations, comment on things they watch, download content and even earn a voucher for their lunch on the day. Virtual event production and live streaming have now become a significant part of what we do.

Earlier this month we managed three live events across three consecutive days for Stoke and Staffordshire Growth Hub, Expert Citizens and Cybernews. Each event attracted hundreds of visitors who watched presentations and awards ceremonies streamed in real time and some which were recorded in advance. They visited virtual event stands, met and networked with other attendees, asked questions and completed virtual polls. Each event was a great success and we had some amazing feedback.

‘The expo went so smoothly yesterday and you really are a fantastic company to work with and I would definitely recommend you to anyone that needs a virtual event’

We aren’t suggesting that virtual events will replace physical events permanently and we wouldn’t want them to. However whilst we continue to find new ways to meet and be together they are a great way for businesses and organisations to exhibit, communicate and to interact. Looking ahead we’re already booking our first hybrid events for later this year – a mixture of the physical and the virtual – and we’d be happy to discuss your event if you’d like to get in touch.
