On Staffordshire Day – May 1st – Staffordshire University hosted the inauguration of world-renowned explorer Major Levison Wood as their new Chancellor. It was a great occasion and we were on location at the Catalyst building on campus recording the ceremony and capturing interviews with dignitaries, guests and also the new Chancellor himself. Our edit of the event was ready by the end of the day to be shared across social media channels.

We’re big fans of Levison’s books and documentaries and look forward to hearing more about his work at Staffordshire University. As you’d expect from a Staffordshire lad, Levison was extremely proud and humbled to accept the position and his speech was full of memories of his adventures around the world and also across Staffordshire including nights out at Stoke on Trent nightspot Valentinos in his younger days.
